We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate or abuse the system
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization

5. Job Postings and Applications

5.1 For Employers

Employers and recruiters warrant that:

• Job postings are accurate and comply with applicable employment laws
• They have the authority to post jobs on behalf of their organization
• Job descriptions do not contain discriminatory language
• They will honor job offers made through the Platform
• They will not misuse candidate information

5.2 For Job Seekers

Job seekers warrant that:

• Information provided in profiles and applications is truthful and accurate
• Resumes and documents submitted are original or properly attributed
• They have the right to work in the locations for which they apply
• They will not spam or abuse the application system

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 SMTJobs Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SMTJobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (resumes, applications, job postings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant SMTJobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content without our express written permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

7.1 Paid Services

Certain features and services on SMTJobs may require payment. Pricing information is available on our website and is subject to change with notice.

7.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases

7.3 Refund Policy

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That job postings are accurate or legitimate
• That you will find employment through the Platform
• That employers will receive suitable candidates
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMTJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Failed job applications or hiring decisions
• Actions of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMTJobs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
• Your use of the Platform
• Content you submit to the Platform
